环北部湾港口群,指的是以湛江港为核心的雷州半岛大中小港口和北海、防城、钦州等广西金三角港口以及海南特区的海口、八所、三亚等港口。近年来,港江港的发展遇到了三大难题:一是航道水深不足。二是周边港口群起、竞争激烈、货源分流、效益下降。三是港口建设资金严重不足。在这样的背景下,湛江港的发展定位在哪里,值得国家有关部门展开环北部湾综合开发研究。笔者认为,湛江港应坚定不移以建设深水港为目标,成为环北部湾港口群的龙头港。 Central North Bay Port Group, referring to Zhanjiang Port as the core of the Leizhou Peninsula Dazhong Xiao port and the North Sea, Fangcheng, Qinzhou and other ports of the Golden Triangle in Guangxi and Hainan’s Haikou, eight, Sanya and other ports. Second, the surrounding port groups, fierce competition, supply diversion, the benefits decline. Third, serious shortage of port construction funds. In this context, the development of Zhanjiang Port where the positioning, it is worth the relevant departments of the state to start the comprehensive development of Beibu Gulf research. In my opinion, Zhanjiang Port should firmly adhere to the goal of building a deep-water port and become the leading port harbor for the Beibu Gulf.
