目的研究声反射鼻测量计在鼻畸形患者术前评价中的应用价值。方法因鼻病引起鼻畸形患者(鼻畸形组)及无鼻病健康志愿者(对照组)各15例进行声反射鼻测量计测试,记录鼻腔最小横截面积(nasal minimal cross-sectional area,NMCA)、鼻腔容积(nasal cavity volume,NCV),NMCA至前鼻孔的距离(distance of the minimal cross-sectional area to the nostril,DCAN)及鼻阻力(nasal resistance,NR),并进行统计学分析。结果对照组左、右侧鼻腔NMCA、DCAN、NCV、NR差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);鼻畸形组阻塞侧与非阻塞侧NMCA、DCAN、NCV、NR差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);鼻畸形组阻塞侧NCV、NR、NMCA均明显小于对照组(P<0.001);NMCA和NCV与NR呈反比,而与DCAN无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论声反射鼻测量计在鼻畸形患者术前评价中具有重要作用,对鼻畸形患者鼻腔功能及几何形态的评估可为手术提供重要的临床价值。
Objective To study the value of acoustic reflectometer for nasal deformity in preoperative evaluation. Methods Nasal minimal cross-sectional area (NMCA) was recorded in 15 patients with nasal deformity (nasal deformity group) and 15 healthy volunteers without nasal disease (control group) ), Nasal cavity volume (NCV), distance of the minimal cross-sectional area to the nostril (DCAN) and nasal resistance (NR) were calculated and analyzed statistically. Results There was no significant difference in nasal NMCA, DCAN, NCV and NR between control group and nasal deformity group (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between NMCA, DCAN, NCV and NR in nasal deformity group <0.001). NCV, NR and NMCA in the nasal deformity group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.001). NMCA and NCV were inversely correlated with NR and had no significant correlation with DCAN (P> 0.05). Conclusion Acoustic reflectometer plays an important role in preoperative evaluation of patients with nasal deformities. Evaluation of nasal function and geometry in patients with nasal deformities may provide important clinical value for surgery.
