随着当下新课标的实施,对于教学过程中教师给学生作业的设置有了新的要求,其中有很重要的一个就是,教师设计作业既要适当又要具备创意,这对于教育工作者来说既是机遇也是挑战,而在小学语文教学中,教师精心设计作业既是对学生教学工作的负责,也是对学生所学知识掌握程度的检测,因此作业设计在教学环节中起着至关重要的作用。笔者根据多年来小学语文教学实践,总结了小学语文教学中设计个性作业的相关策略和应用,本文主要从两个角度阐述了小学语文个性作业的设计。 With the implementation of the new curricula, there are new requirements for teachers to assign students homework during the teaching process. In the Chinese teaching of primary schools, teachers’ elaborate design of homework is not only responsible for students’ teaching work, but also a measure of mastery of students’ knowledge. Therefore, homework design plays a crucial role in the teaching process. Based on years of primary school Chinese teaching practice, the author summarizes the related strategies and applications of designing personalized jobs in Chinese teaching in primary schools. This article mainly expounds the design of individualized jobs in primary schools from two perspectives.
