目的研究VITEK MS对细菌性食物中毒样品的快速检测方法和效果,以提高致病菌检测效率。同时即时对检出的菌株进行同源性分析,以协助调查患者发生食物中毒的原因,预防食物中毒的再次发生。方法针对疑似细菌性食物中毒的6份样品,增菌分离培养后使用VITEK MS进行检测,并使用VITEK MS附属的SARAMIS系统对检出的菌株进行同源性分析。结果 VITEK MS共检出3株条件致病菌粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)。同时SARAMIS系统通过质谱图进行同源性分析,表明3株菌具有高度同源性(90%以上)。结论 VITEK MS用于细菌性食物中毒的检测简单快速,对单个纯菌落进行菌种鉴定具有很高的准确性。同时还可以进行同源性分析,及时为现场流行病学调查提供帮助,具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To study the rapid detection method and effect of VITEK MS on bacterial food poisoning samples to improve the detection efficiency of pathogenic bacteria. In the meantime, the homology analysis of the detected strains was conducted immediately to help investigate the causes of food poisoning in the patients and prevent the recurrence of food poisoning. Methods Six samples of suspected bacterial food poisoning were isolated and cultured with VITEK MS. The isolates were analyzed by using the SARAMIS system attached to VITEK MS. Results Three strains of pathogenic Enterococcus faecalis were detected in VITEK MS. At the same time, the homology analysis of SARAMIS system by mass spectrometry showed that the three strains had high homology (more than 90%). Conclusion VITEK MS is simple and rapid for the detection of bacterial food poisoning. It has high accuracy for single pure colony identification. At the same time, it can also carry out homology analysis and provide timely help for field epidemiological investigation, which has good application value.
