本文基于“中国企业-员工匹配调查”(CEES)数据,运用OLS和IV回归分析,在解决了技能溢价、人力资本质量与全要素生产率之间的内生性问题之后,实证结果表明:人力资本质量和技能溢价的交互项与企业全要素生产率存在显著的正相关关系,说明技能溢价能够对人力资本质量产生激励作用,进而影响企业全要素生产率。因此,为加快推进我国经济向全要素生产率驱动转型,一方面企业应制定合理的技能溢价激励员工提升人力资本质量,另一方面政府可以通过加大对职业教育和培训的投入力度提高非技能劳动力的人力资本质量,从而共同提升企业的全要素生产率。
Based on the “China Enterprise-Employee Matching Survey” (CEES) data and using OLS and IV regression analysis, this paper, after solving the endogeneity problem between skill premium, human capital quality and total factor productivity, shows that: There is a significant positive correlation between the interaction items of capital quality and skill premium with the total factor productivity of enterprises, indicating that the skill premium can have an incentive effect on the quality of human capital and thus affect the total factor productivity of enterprises. Therefore, in order to speed up the transition from China’s economy to TFP, on the one hand, enterprises should formulate reasonable skills premiums to motivate employees to improve the quality of human capital; on the other hand, the government can increase the unskilled labor force by increasing investment in vocational education and training Of human capital quality, so as to jointly enhance the total factor productivity of enterprises.
