介绍一种新型CuCl蒸气激光器放电管.其结构特点是放电区内管设计成多段竹节形。这种设计有助于放电区处于高效均匀的激励状态,使激光输出功率和稳定度显著提高,同时由于采用了其他有效减缓窗片污染的辅助措施,使放电管寿命大大延长。对制管工艺和参数也作了扼要介绍。
A new CuCl vapor laser discharge tube is introduced. Its structure is characterized by the design of the discharge zone within the multi-section bamboo shape. This design helps the discharge area in a highly efficient and uniform excitation state, significantly improve the laser output power and stability, while prolonging the life of the discharge tube due to other auxiliary measures to effectively reduce the window contamination. On the pipe technology and parameters also made a brief introduction.
