目的 :证实鸡胚口服液具有免疫调节作用。方法 :用粉碎机将鸡胚捣碎 ,超声破碎细胞 ,超滤得到淡黄色透明液体 ,其多肽含量 3mg/ml。用该超滤液给小鼠灌胃 30d。测血中的溶血素活性 ,并进行淋巴细胞转化试验和巨噬细胞吞噬试验。结果 :鸡胚口服液可促进小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖 ,提高溶血素活性 ,使小鼠巨噬细胞对绵羊红细胞的吞噬百分数和吞噬指数均显著提高。结论 :用该法制备的鸡胚口服液具有免疫增强作用。 Objective : To confirm the immunoregulatory effect of chicken embryo oral solution. Methods: The chicken embryo was crushed with a pulverizer, and the cells were sonicated and ultrafiltered to obtain a pale yellow transparent liquid with a polypeptide content of 3 mg/ml. The ultrafiltrate was given to mice for 30 days. Hemolysin activity in the blood was measured, and lymphocyte transformation assays and macrophage phagocytosis tests were performed. Results : Chicken embryo oral liquid can promote the proliferation of lymphocytes in mice and increase the activity of hemolysin. The percentage of phagocytic and phagocytic index of red blood cells in sheep macrophages was significantly increased. Conclusion : Chicken embryo oral liquid prepared by this method has immune enhancement effect.
