文章从分析出版业网络直播的现状入手,认为出版业在采用网络直播营销时需要克服观念保守、缺乏直播人才和团队、直播影响小、上下游资源被挤压等方面的问题;并从确立互联网思维、网罗直播人才和团队、多渠道跨媒体营销、积极拓展上下游资源等方面提出了解决问题的策略。
