目的了解江苏东县河口镇地区2010年-2012年学校呼吸道传染病疫情的临床特征及流行病学规律,为学校呼吸道传染病疫情的预防控制提供理论参考。方法对2010年-2012年江苏河口镇地区学校聚集性疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2010年-2012年江苏省东县河口镇地区共报告传染病暴发疫情44起,其中各类呼吸道传染病疫情31起,占学校传染病疫情的88.57%;流感、水痘和流行性腮腺炎发病起数分别达到19起、5起和3起,分别占总发病起数的61.29%、16.12%和9.68%,3种传染病占到总发病数的87.09%;托儿机构2起,占6.45%;小学20起,占总数的64.51%;疫情呼吸道传染病发生主要集中在3月-4月、9月-10月,发病起数分别达到14起和10起,分别占到总爆发数的45.16%和32.25%。结论河口镇地区学校呼吸道传染病呈上升态势,防控形势依然严峻。应在春、秋季开学后加强对呼吸道传染病的健康宣教和流感、腮腺炎和风疹等预防接种工作,做到早发现、早预防和早处理。
Objective To understand the clinical characteristics and epidemiological rules of respiratory infectious diseases in schools in Hekou Town, Dong County, Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2012, and to provide theoretical reference for the prevention and control of epidemic of respiratory infectious diseases in schools. Methods Epidemiological analysis of school-collected epidemic data in Hekou Town, Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2012 was conducted. Results From 2010 to 2012, a total of 44 outbreaks of infectious diseases were reported in Hekou Town, Dong County, Jiangsu Province, of which 31 were all kinds of respiratory infectious diseases, accounting for 88.57% of the total. The incidence of influenza, chickenpox and mumps The number of cases reached 19, 5 and 3 respectively, accounting for 61.29%, 16.12% and 9.68% of the total number of outbreaks, respectively. The three infectious diseases accounted for 87.09% of the total number of cases; two cases of childcare institutions accounted for 6.45 %; Elementary school 20, accounting for 64.51% of the total; the outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases occurred mainly in March-April, September-October, the number of onset were 14 and 10, respectively, the total number of outbreaks 45.16% and 32.25%. Conclusions The epidemic of respiratory tract in school in Hekou town is on the rise, and the situation of prevention and control is still grim. Should be in spring and autumn after school to strengthen the health education on respiratory diseases and influenza, mumps and rubella and other vaccinations, so that early detection, early prevention and early treatment.
