重要部门和关键岗位人员,主要是指在企业中履行重大事项决策管理的部门和重要业务处理程序操作的人员。加强对重要部门和关键岗位人员的教育、监督和管理,是有效预防违纪违规行为发生,深入推进惩防体系建设的重要举措。工作中,华北油田公司公用事业管理处党委紧密结合本单位实际,立足抓源治本,从构筑“不想为”“不可为”“不敢为”三道防线着手,对加强重要部门和关键岗位人员的教育、监督和管理,进行认真的思考、探索与实践。 Key departments and key positions, mainly refers to the enterprise in the implementation of major issues decision-making management departments and important business processes personnel.
