用 HPL C测定复方胶囊中右美沙芬、布洛芬的溶出度。色谱柱为 Shim pack CL C- ODS柱 ,流动相为乙腈 -水( 65∶ 3 5 ,含 0 .0 0 7m ol/ L 硝酸铵、0 .0 0 7m ol/ L SDS,用冰醋酸调 p H至 3 .4 ) ,流速 1.0 m l/ m in,在 2 70 nm处测定。右美沙芬、布洛芬的线性范围分别为 5～ 4 0、5 0～ 4 0 0 μg/ m l。两者的平均回收率分别是 99.2 6%、99.70 %。
Determine the dissolution of dextromethorphan and ibuprofen in compound capsules by HPL C. The chromatographic column was a Shim pack CL C-ODS column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (65:35 containing 0 .07 mol / L ammonium nitrate, 0.07 mol / L SDS, adjusted with glacial acetic acid H to 3.4) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, measured at 2 70 nm. The linear ranges of dextromethorphan and ibuprofen were 5 ~ 400, 0 ~ 400 μg / ml, respectively. The average recovery rates of both were 99.2 6% and 99.70% respectively.
