人际和谐管理理论是Helen Spencer-Oatey教授在20世纪80年代从面子理论和礼貌原则的基础上发展而来的用以研究日常生活或者不同领域交际话语的理论。冲突性话语是普遍存在的一种社会语言现象。作为话语的一部分,冲突性话语受到语言学家们的广泛关注。该文以电影《刮痧》中的冲突性话语为语料,分析跨文化交际中违反该理论所引发的话语冲突。
Interpersonal harmony management theory is the theory developed by Prof. Helen Spencer-Oatey in the 1980s on the basis of the theory of face and politeness to study communicative discourse in daily life or in different fields. Conflicting discourse is a common social language phenomenon. As part of discourse, conflict discourse has been widely concerned by linguists. This article uses the conflict discourse in the movie “Gua Sha” as the corpus to analyze the discourse conflict arising from the violation of the theory in intercultural communication.
