随着网络时代的发展,传统的旅游企业经营模式已经不适合应用于现代旅游企管理,建立客户关系有利于降低企业成本,从多方面来提高旅游企业的经济效益,促进企业的全面发展。但是,当代旅游企业客户关系管理模式还存在一些问题,本文将在分析这些问题的基础上浅谈个人见解,希望可以为旅游企业的发展提供参考。
With the development of the Internet age, the traditional mode of operation of tourism enterprises is not suitable for the management of modern tourism enterprises. Establishing customer relationship is conducive to reducing the cost of enterprises, enhancing the economic benefits of tourism enterprises from various aspects and promoting the all-round development of enterprises. However, there are still some problems in the current customer relationship management model of tourism enterprises.
