合理的作战网络结构是将信息优势转化为决策优势并最终建立火力优势的基础,对于促进“战场透明”的实现,充分发挥信息“兵力倍增器”的作用至关重要.首先采用复杂网络方法建立了水面舰艇编队反舰作战的网络模型;从网络的边和节点两方面分析了网络结构对信息质量的影响,并论述了信息质量对反舰作战过程及效果的影响;在此基础上,采用遗传算法对反舰作战网络结构进行了优化研究.优化结果表明:对于质量较高的信息,需缩小其传递路径,使其快速地到达武器节点,建立火力优势;而对于质量相对较低的信息,则可以适当增加其传递途径,腾出网络带宽以及指控节点以便高质量信息的快速传递、处理.研究结果对于提高基于信息系统的水面舰艇编队体系作战能力具有一定的军事价值.
