我国事业单位在人力资源管理中的模式之前都是采用的机关单位的人事管理,在事业单位人力资源管理的逐步发展过程中,我们成功地发现这种管理模式在使用过程中极易造成非社会的资源配置,大量的人力资源在这种局限性中流失,并不利于事业单位人力资源管理的长足发展,并且因为我国对事业单位人力资源管理重视程度并不高。若想在未来社会中促进事业单位的全面发展进行人力资源管理的改革研究是非常有必要的,本文将针对这一问题进行综合性阐述。
