螺杆钻具在使用过程中经常发生壳体断裂失效,导致落井事故,给钻井作业造成重大损失。螺纹副是壳体的薄弱环节。为了分析壳体的强度,以C5LZ172×7.0型螺杆钻具为例,计算了螺纹副的抗弯强度比,壳体的屈服扭矩,旋转式台肩螺纹拉扭复合强度。利用有限元软件分析了半圆键槽结构下的螺纹副应力分布。为了降低壳体断裂风险,应减少发生在壳体螺纹副处的偏磨、避免上径向轴承动圈和静圈卡死等现象。
Screw boring tools in the use of the shell failure often occurs failure, resulting in downhole accidents, drilling operations caused heavy losses. Threaded pair is the weak link of the shell. In order to analyze the strength of the shell, taking the C5LZ172 × 7.0 screw drill as an example, the bending strength ratio of the screw pair, the yield torque of the shell and the tensile strength of the rotary shoulder thread are calculated. The stress distributions of the threads in the semicircular keyway structure are analyzed by using the finite element software. In order to reduce the risk of shell breakage, partial wear occurring at the shell thread couplers should be reduced to avoid the stuck-on and so on moving and static rings of the radial bearing.
