自2011年10月起,南昌市新建区新祺周学校开始探索课堂教学改革,边学习、边实践、边总结,逐步形成了具有特色的课堂教学模式。建立了一系列科学的评价制度,形成了较为完整的高效课堂管理体系。课堂教学改革实施以来,效果非常明显。以前的课堂是教师的一言堂,死气沉沉,如今的新课堂,师生角色发生了转变。课堂兴奋点由教师转向了学生,由教师说转变为学生说。当走进该校的课堂,看到孩子们小手挥动、小嘴滔滔不绝,课堂氛围轻松活跃。学生们不再厌学了。学习的积极性、主动性提高了,学习状态发生了可喜的变化,上课说话、不愿听讲、抄作业、不交作业的情况慢慢消失。学
