目的应用光学相干层析成像(OCT)设备对大鼠胃溃疡组织进行在体成像研究,为光学相干层析成像技术在溃疡愈合质量的研究价值进行初步的探讨。方法应用光学相干层析成像系统对大鼠胃溃疡的不同时期进行扫描,观察在其自然愈合过程中溃疡组织的变化情况,并且对其图像进行比较分析。结果利用光学相干层析成像技术能够很准确地区别正常和非正常的胃组织,并且能够区分不同愈合时期的胃溃疡组织的图像,以及对病变组织进行一定深度的扫描。结论光学相干层析成像技术能对大鼠胃溃疡实现在体成像,对其愈合质量判定亦具有一定的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the in vivo imaging of rat gastric ulcer by optical coherence tomography (OCT) equipment and to explore the value of optical coherence tomography in the research of ulcer healing quality. Methods The optical coherence tomography system was used to scan the different stages of gastric ulcer in rats. The change of ulcer tissues during the natural healing process was observed. The images were compared and analyzed. Results Optical coherence tomography was used to distinguish normal and abnormal gastric tissues accurately and to differentiate gastric ulcer tissue images at different healing stages and to perform some depth scanning of diseased tissues. Conclusions Optical coherence tomography can achieve in vivo imaging of gastric ulcer in rats and is of value in determining the quality of healing.
