随着复合材料在新一代飞机机体上用量的大幅增加和应用范围的不断扩大,复合材料结构对装配质量和装配方法提出了更高的要求。系统总结、详细阐述了近年来飞机复合材料结构少无应力装配方法的国内外研究进展和应用情况,指出了国内在飞机复合材料结构装配应力控制技术方面的不足与差距以及未来的研究与应用发展方向。
With the substantial increase in the amount of composite materials used on a new generation of aircraft body and the ever expanding range of applications, the composite structure puts forward higher requirements on assembly quality and assembly method. The paper summarizes the research progress and application of less stressless assembly methods for aircraft composite structures in recent years, and points out the shortages and gaps in the domestic stress control technology for aircraft composite structures and the future research and application development direction.
