泸州市民办幼儿园教师的健康成长和发展,关系着泸州市幼儿教育的发展,其心理健康是改善泸州市幼儿教育教学的关键。课题组采取抽样调查的方法,调查研究了泸州市民办幼儿园教师的心理健康状况,得出结论:泸州市民办幼儿园教师心理健康状况存在一定问题;泸州市民办幼儿园不同年龄阶段的教师心理健康水平基本相当,不存在显著差异;泸州市民办幼儿园不同教龄教师心理健康水平基本相当,不存在显著差异;泸州市民办幼儿园专科学历教师各因子的得分均高于中专学历教师,除了强迫、恐怖因子无显著差异,在其它因子上都有显著差异;泸州市乡镇民办幼儿园教师总体得分要低城区民办幼儿园教师的得分,只在人际敏感、焦虑、恐怖和偏执四个因子上存在差异显著,在其余各因子上的得分无显著差异。
