全部采用国产元器件成功地研制出了掺Er3+光纤超荧光宽带光源,并对其功率特性、谱宽特性及其随温度的变化特性等作了初步实验分析,并取得了较为理想的实验结果。针对宽带光源自然荧光谱有尖峰结构造成频谱过窄的问题,提出了一种简单有效的改进方案,从而颇有成效地抑制了尖峰,扩展了频谱,得到了较为满意的频谱宽度。
All of the fabricated domestic devices successfully developed a doped Er3 + fiber superfluorescent broadband light source, and its power characteristics, spectral characteristics and its temperature characteristics of the initial experimental analysis, and achieved more ideal experimental results. Aiming at the problem that the natural spectrum of broadband light source has a sharp spectral structure, a simple and effective improvement scheme is proposed. As a result, spikes are effectively suppressed, the spectrum is expanded, and a satisfactory spectrum width is obtained.
