随着市场竞争的加剧以及经济水平的发展,我国电力企业效益不高、竞争力低下的重要因素之一是管理薄弱,这已经成为制约电力企业发展的主要方面,特别在电力物资采购方面尤为显著。近年来,电力物资采购管理的创新问题已经逐步成为企业发展的焦点之一。本文首先分析了电力物资采购的外部和内部形势,然后介绍了电力企业采购流程一般模式,接着分析了电力物资采购风险,最后阐述了基于新形势下的电力物资采购的创新管理措施。
With the intensification of market competition and the development of economy, one of the most important factors in the inefficiency of China’s power enterprises and their low competitiveness is the weak management. This has become a major factor restricting the development of power enterprises, especially in the procurement of power supplies . In recent years, the innovation of purchasing management of power materials has gradually become one of the focuses of the enterprise development. This paper first analyzes the external and internal situation of the procurement of power supplies, then introduces the general mode of the procurement process of power enterprises, then analyzes the risk of procurement of power supplies, and finally elaborates on the innovative management measures based on the procurement of electricity materials in the new situation.
