数控机床是机电一体化的典型产品,其应用的广泛性和复杂性对维修人员提出了新的要求,一旦出现故障,维修不到位将严重影响数控机床开动率,造成设备闲置和资源浪费。因此,研究如何保证数控机床的正常运行,使生产有序进行这一课题就显得尤为重要。笔者结合自己的工作实际,总结了数控机床的日常维护和故障诊断排除的一般方法,以供业内人士参考。
CNC machine tool is a typical product of mechatronics, the extensiveness and complexity of its application to the maintenance staff made new demands, in the event of failure, repair is not in place will seriously affect the CNC machine tool startup rate, resulting in equipment idle and waste of resources. Therefore, it is very important to study how to ensure the normal operation of CNC machine tools and make the production proceed in an orderly manner. The author combined with the actual work, summed up the routine maintenance of CNC machine tools and fault diagnosis to exclude the general method for the industry reference.
