以对二甲胺基苯甲醛为显色剂，采用分光光度法测定克拉霉素胶囊的溶出度，方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。测定波长４８５ ｎｍ，线性范围１０－４０ μｇ／ｍＬ（ｎ＝７，ｒ＝０ ９９９９），平均回收率为９９．２％，ＲＳＤ为 ０．５％。
With p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde as color reagent, the dissolution of clarithromycin capsules was determined by spectrophotometry. The method was simple, rapid and sensitive. The detection wavelength was 485 nm and the linear range was 10-40 μg / mL (n = 7, r = 0 9999). The average recovery was 99.2% and the RSD was 0.5%.
