作为全球二氧化碳排放量不断增长的主要“贡献”产业之一,交通运输业实现低碳化发展势在必行。建立低碳排放的交通运输体系不仅对该产业自身实现可持续发展具有重要实践意义,而且对于建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会也具有重要推动作用。本文从交通基础设施的角度出发,以提高交通基础设施低碳性、增加各类交通设施体系间衔接有效性、提高交通基础设施建设的用地效率和用地整合度为分析路径,最终提出实现低碳交通发展的具体途径和方法。
As one of the major “contribution ” industries with growing carbon dioxide emissions in the world, it is imperative to achieve low-carbon development in the transport sector.
