在高师器乐教学的多元化教改中,应避免教学方法的盲目引进,应紧紧围绕高师器乐教学的培养目标补足教学短板。加强教学的针对性是教学形式多元化的关键手段;加强齐奏合奏重奏的教学训练、把音乐作品的人文情感和文化精神内涵以及中西音乐史和音乐美学等多学科知识整合到器乐教学中去,是教学内容多元化的主要方向;结合教学活动组织教学成果汇报交流甚至较大规模的音乐会展示学习成果、鼓励学生参加校外演出活动,是艺术实践多元化的重点内容。高师器乐教学多元化改革的成效大小,决定于教师的综合素质。
