鼻咽癌是广东地区常见恶性肿瘤之一。但临床发现很多鼻咽癌患者常先到内科、外科、神经科、眼科等求医,而致误诊、漏诊。由于早期诊断及早期治疗是提高恶性肿瘤患者生存率和降低死亡率的关键。因此,研究和探讨鼻咽癌患者的首发症状,对于鼻咽癌的早期诊断具有积极的意义。现将我院附属医院8年来收治的284例鼻咽癌的首发症状分析报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 一般资料:284例病例均为我院肿瘤科从1988～
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in Guangdong.
