研究了放电管尺寸为φ28×980mm的金蒸气激光器627.8nm和312.2nm波长的受激发射。应用新型谐振腔,可以同时获得红光和紫外两个波长的激光,当红光的激光输出为2.3W时,紫外312.2nm平均输出功率为300mW,输出光束直径为28mm,两个波长激光的发散度为3mrad。
The stimulated emission of 627.8 nm and 312.2 nm wavelengths of a gold vapor laser having a discharge tube size of φ28 × 980 mm was investigated. The application of the new resonant cavity can simultaneously obtain red and ultraviolet laser wavelengths. When the red laser output is 2.3W, the average UV 312.2nm output power is 300mW and the output beam diameter is 28mm. The divergence of the two wavelengths 3mrad.
