目的:研究丹龙胶囊对脑缺血模型动物的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分6组,空白、模型对照组,丹龙胶囊低、中、高剂量(分别含生药0.252,0.504,1.008 g.kg-1)组、阳性对照药血栓心脉宁胶囊(含胶囊1.08 g.kg-1)组。均ig 10 d,于末次给药30 min后,采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞性脑缺血模型,观察丹龙胶囊对大鼠行为学及脑缺血面积的影响;昆明种小鼠随机分5组,空白对照组,丹龙胶囊低、中、高剂量(分别含生药0.364,0.728,1.456 g.kg-1)组、血栓心脉宁胶囊(含胶囊1.56 g.kg-1)组。ig 7 d后,采用小鼠断头缺血模型,观察丹龙胶囊对小鼠呼吸次数及呼吸持续时间的影响。结果:丹龙胶囊可使大脑中动脉栓塞性脑缺血模型大鼠行为学评分明显降低,脑缺血面积明显减小;使断头缺血模型小鼠喘息次数明显增多、呼吸持续时间明显延长。结论:丹龙胶囊对脑缺血模型动物具有较好的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Danlong capsule on cerebral ischemia model animal. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control group, model control group, low, medium and high doses of Danlong capsule (containing crude drugs 0.252,0.504,1.008 g.kg-1) (Containing capsules 1.08 g.kg-1) group. Were ig 10 d, 30 min after the last administration, the middle cerebral artery occlusion cerebral ischemia model was used to observe the effect of Dan Long Capsule on behavioral and cerebral ischemia area; Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups Group, blank control group, low, medium and high doses of Danlong capsule (containing crude drug 0.364,0.728,1.456 g.kg-1) and thrombosis Xinmaining capsule (containing 1.56 g.kg-1 capsule). After ig 7 d, the model of decapitation of mice was used to observe the effects of Danlong capsule on the number of respiration and the duration of respiration in mice. Results: Danlong Capsule could significantly decrease the behavioral score and decrease the area of cerebral ischemia in middle cerebral artery occlusion cerebral infarction model rats. The number of wheezing increased significantly and the respiration duration prolonged significantly in decidua ischemia model mice . Conclusion: Danlong Capsule has a good protective effect on cerebral ischemia model animals.
