[目的]运用响应面法筛选理化性质稳定的毒氟磷微乳剂最佳配方。[方法]绘制拟三元相图和分析电导率,初步确定O/W型毒氟磷微乳剂配方组成及含量;并参考农药微乳剂型稳定性指标对体系外观进行综合评分,以此为响应值建立响应面模型,筛选最佳稳定配方。[结果]配方为毒氟磷溶液10%、复配乳化剂21%、正丁醇23%、去离子水46%。[结论]用农药微乳剂型稳定性指标对体系外观的综合评分开展响应面试验筛选毒氟磷微乳剂最佳稳定配方可行。
[Objective] The research aimed to select the best formulation of toxic and fluoride phosphorus microemulsion with physicochemical properties by response surface methodology. [Method] The quasi-ternary phase diagram was drawn and the conductivity was analyzed. The composition and content of the O / W-type toxicophosphorus micro-emulsion were preliminarily determined. The appearance of the system was scored with reference to the stability index of the microemulsion of pesticide. In response, Response surface model to establish the best stable formula. [Result] The formulation was 10% of the toxic fluorine solution, 21% of emulsifier, 23% of n-butanol and 46% of deionized water. [Conclusion] It is feasible to choose the best stable formula of toxic fl uorodine phosphate microemulsion by response surface test on the comprehensive evaluation of the appearance of the system with the stability index of pesticide microemulsion.
