中药931-Ⅰ号对脱污染小鼠肠道菌群的调整及机制初探

本文以昆明种小白鼠为动物模型,使用盐酸林可霉素灌胃,造成小鼠肠道脱污染:肠杆菌、类杆菌、乳酸杆菌及双歧杆菌显著下降。应用中药931-Ⅰ号治疗后,上述细菌数量增加,肠道内挥发性脂肪酸浓度乙酸、丙酸、丁酸增高,肠道pH值下降。由此可见:中药931-Ⅰ号具有扶植正常菌群生长和调整肠道菌群失调的作用。其机制可能与正常菌群的代谢产物挥发性脂肪酸含量增多有关。 In this study, Kunming species of mice was used as an animal model and intragastric administration of lincomycin hydrochloride resulted in decontamination of the intestinal tract in mice. Enterobacteriaceae, Bacteroides, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria were significantly decreased. After treatment with Chinese herbal medicine No. 931-I, the number of above-mentioned bacteria increased, the concentration of volatile fatty acids in the intestinal tract increased, acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid, and the intestinal pH value decreased. It can be seen that Chinese herbal medicine No. 931-I has the effect of cultivating the growth of normal flora and adjusting the dysbacteriosis of intestinal flora. The mechanism may be related to the increase in the volatile fatty acid content of the metabolites of normal flora.
