运用参考文献资料法、统计分析法,探讨了轮滑运动对女性动、静态平衡能力的影响。结果显示:实验组在第15周和第30周的测试中,学生动态平衡突沿走远距离比对照组增加了1.58~7.92m,闭目单足站立静态平衡时间比对照组增加了3.65~8.84s;实验组停训6周(42d)学生动态平衡突沿走远距离和闭目单足站立静态平衡时间分别下降了3.84m和1.55s。提示轮滑运动有助于改善人体的平衡能力。
By using reference data method and statistical analysis method, the effect of roller skating on female dynamic and static balance ability was discussed. The results showed that in the test group at the 15th week and the 30th week, the students’ homeostasis distance increased 1.58 ~ 7.92m longer than that of the control group, the static resting time of the closed eyes with one foot increased by 3.65 ~ 8.84s. In the experimental group, the static balance time of the dynamic balance sudden walking and the closed eyes of single-legged subjects decreased by 3.84m and 1.55s for 6 weeks (42d). Tips Roller skating helps to improve the balance of the body.
