基于社会网络视角,采用问卷调查法,以124个制造业生产团队为研究对象,对团队网络结构、交互记忆系统与团队绩效的关系进行探讨。实证研究结果表明,团队工具性网络强度与情感性网络强度对交互记忆系统有显著的正向影响;团队网络的非中心度对交互记忆系统有积极影响;交互记忆系统与团队绩效有显著的正向关系,并受到任务不确定性的调节作用。
Based on the social network perspective, a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the relationship between team network structure, mutual memory system and team performance with 124 manufacturing production teams as the research object. Empirical results show that team tool network strength and emotional network strength have a significant positive impact on the interactive memory system; the non-centrality of the team network has a positive impact on the interactive memory system; and the interaction memory system and the team performance are significantly positive To the relationship, and by the task of regulating the role of uncertainty.
