目的探讨分析烧伤创面治疗过程中应用生物敷料治疗的临床效果。方法选取烧伤患者(浅Ⅱ°、较浅深Ⅱ°)38例,所有患者采用异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料治疗,分析烧伤创面愈合效果、创面愈合时间、换药次数、相关并发症发生率及瘢痕增生等情况。结果本组38例患者均痊愈,烧伤创面痊愈为100%。烧伤创面愈合时间为(14.2±1.9)d,烧伤创面换药次数为(2.31±0.73)d。本组38例患者中出现并发症3例(7.9%),其中烧伤创面感染1例(2.6%),肝功能不全1例(2.6%),心律不齐1例(2.6%)。本组患者中出现瘢痕增生25例(65.9%)。结论烧伤创面治疗过程中采用异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料治疗可取得良好的治疗效果,烧伤创面愈合率大大提高,减少创面换药次数,减轻患者疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,有效降低患者相关并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying biological dressing in the treatment of burn wounds. Methods 38 patients with burns (shallow Ⅱ °, shallow Ⅱ °) were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with xenografted dermal matrix dressing. The wound healing effects, wound healing time, number of dressing changes, incidence of related complications and scars Hyperplasia and so on. Results 38 patients in this group were cured, burn wounds were 100% cured. The healing time of burn wounds was (14.2 ± 1.9) days, and the number of wound dressing wound dressing was (2.31 ± 0.73) days. There were 3 complications (7.9%) in 38 patients, including 1 case of burn wound infection (2.6%), 1 case of hepatic insufficiency (2.6%) and 1 case of arrhythmia (2.6%). The group of patients with scar hyperplasia in 25 cases (65.9%). Conclusion The treatment of burn wounds treated with xenogenic acellular dermal matrix dressing can achieve a good therapeutic effect, greatly improve the healing rate of burn wounds, reduce the frequency of wound dressing, reduce pain and shorten the wound healing time, and effectively reduce the occurrence of patient-related complications rate.
