通过对河南省泌阳县管理会计体系建设的深入调研,分析了该县管理会计的现状,总结了其六点主要做法,结合泌阳县管理会计的实践提出了推进管理会计体系建设的六点建议:一是加大宣传动员力度,努力营造重视管理会计的舆论氛围;二是强化管理会计人才培养,打造高素质的管理会计人才队伍;三是注重应用案例的示范效应,建立优秀管理会计案例库;四是支持管理会计信息化建设,促进会计工作转型升级;五是拓展管理会计咨询服务,满足管理会计市场需求;六是建立管理会计资源库,加快管理会计体系建设。

The sixth is to establish a management accounting resource base to speed up the construction of the management accounting system.
