本文给出用线性最小二乘法拟合三重高斯峯形函数的数学方法。以计算机生成的模拟谱对该方法进行了检验,并和迭代法的计算结果进行了比较。由于线性法占用内存量小,运算速度快、不需要给出拟合初值,特别适用于用微计算机系统分析γ或X射线谱。
In this paper, a mathematical method for fitting the triple Gaussian peak shape function by linear least square method is given. The method was tested by computer-generated analog spectrum and compared with the results of iterative method. Linear method takes up a small amount of memory, computing speed, do not need to give the initial fitting, especially for the use of micro-computer system analysis of γ or X-ray spectrum.
