The World Health Organization has listed lifestyle diseases as the “number one killer” of men in the 21st century. The Third World Health Congress held in May 2005 pointed out that one third of Beijing’s citizens have varying degrees of lifestyle diseases. Of the top few deaths in our country, more than 40% of the affected population is caused by poor lifestyle and behavior patterns. Only 15% of the population meet the health standards of the World Health Organization, while those in the sub-health account for about 85%. Quite a number of young people suffering from diseases such as lumbar spine, cervical vertebra and cardiovascular disease in middle-aged and elderly people have also experienced a drop in the physical fitness of primary and secondary school students. The proportion of chubby pier is still on the rise. All this shows that for bad lifestyle, Publicity and education, guidance, but also to take interventions.
