对云南镇沅含砷碳质金矿进行了几种处理方法的试验研究与比较。该金矿既含砷又含碳,并且金在矿石中的赋存状态呈显微、次显微金被包裹于硫化物中。实验结果表明,由于浮选精矿含As>0.5%,不能直接销售给冶炼厂火法冶炼;如果就地用氰化法直接提金,则金浸出率只有26%左右;需要经过适当的预处理。作者用氧化焙烧、加压氧化酸浸、细菌氧化处理、在碱性介质中微波处理等方法对该金精矿的试验结果进行了分析比较。
Experimental Study and Comparison of Several Treatment Methods for Zhenyuan Arsenic Carboniferous Gold Deposit in Yunnan Province. The gold mine contains both arsenic and carbon, and the presence of gold in the ore is microscopically sub-micro-gold is encapsulated in the sulfide. Experimental results show that flotation concentrates containing As> 0.5%, can not be directly sold to the smelting furnace pyrometallurgy; if the direct use of cyanide gold in situ, the gold leaching rate of only 26%; need to go through appropriate Pretreatment. The authors used the methods of oxidation roasting, pressure oxidation acid leaching, bacterial oxidation and microwave treatment in alkaline medium to analyze and compare the gold concentrate test results.
