针对航空发动机复杂振动信号难以检测和提取的问题,设计了一种基于PC104总线技术的便携式频谱分析仪。硬件部分以PC104模块为核心,通过自行设计的信号调理电路,实现了对8路振动信号和2路转速信号的采集,其中4路振动信号被ICP传感器采集,提高了采集信号的信噪比;软件部分基于LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器开发平台设计,采用模块化的设计思想,实现了数据采集、处理、分析和存储等功能。实际应用表明,该设备运行稳定、可靠性好,能够及时、准确地反映出发动机中存在的故障。
Aiming at the difficulty of detection and extraction of complex vibration signals of aeroengine, a portable spectrum analyzer based on PC104 bus technology is designed. The hardware part takes the PC104 module as the core and realizes the collection of 8-way vibration signal and 2-speed signal through the self-designed signal conditioning circuit. The 4-way vibration signal is collected by the ICP sensor, which improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the collected signal. The software is based on LabWindows / CVI virtual instrument development platform design, and adopts the modular design idea to realize the functions of data acquisition, processing, analysis and storage. The practical application shows that the device is stable and reliable, and can promptly and accurately reflect the faults existing in the engine.
