随着能源的日益紧张,节约能源被整个世界所重视。目前,在钛及钛合金铸锭生产中,出炉的热铸锭释放出的热量白白浪费。本文提出一种合理利用热铸锭释放出的热量来烘干钛电极的方法,该方法不仅可有效地利用钛及钛合金铸锭的热量,大大节约专门烘干电极所耗费的电能,而且还可避免热铸锭伤及工人的危险。经计算,每生产1支5t成品钛及钛合金铸锭,热铸锭放出的热量相当于提供了533kW.h的电能。该方法大大节约了能源,值得广泛推广应用。
