为研究含水汽低浓度瓦斯气体在多孔介质燃烧器中的燃烧特性,采用计算流体力学方法对其进行数值分析,研究了瓦斯含不同水汽量燃烧时燃烧器中温度分布规律和污染物排放情况.随着瓦斯中水汽含量的增大,燃烧器轴向温度及燃烧热效率下降.由温度二维等值线图可以直观看到不同工况下燃烧器中各个地点的温度分布,为燃烧器设计提供指导.在确保一定热效率时,适当增加水汽含量,可降低燃烧器中NOx排放量,不但可以保护环境,而且有助于CO转化为CO2以控制有毒气体排放量.
In order to study the combustion characteristics of low concentration gas containing water vapor in porous media, the computational fluid dynamics method was used to analyze the combustion characteristics of the gas with different moisture content. The temperature distribution and the pollutant emission were studied. With the increase of water vapor content in gas, the axial temperature of burner and combustion heat efficiency decrease.The two-dimensional contour map of temperature can directly see the temperature distribution of each location in the burner under different operating conditions, which is provided for the burner design In ensuring a certain thermal efficiency, the appropriate increase in water vapor content, can reduce NOx emissions in the burner, not only can protect the environment, but also help CO into CO2 to control toxic gas emissions.
