[目的]观察加味三子养亲汤治疗小儿咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组30例青霉素,2.5万U/kg,每12小时给药l次,肌注。地塞米松,2~20mg/次,2次/d,静注;或5%葡萄糖注射液稀释,2~6h重复给药至病情稳定,大剂量连续给药不超过72h,静滴。氨茶碱,2~4mg/kg,1次/d,5%~25%葡萄糖注射液稀释,静注。治疗组30例加味三子养亲汤(苏子15g,菜菔子炒、白芥子、款冬花、紫菀、杏仁各9g,甘草3g,桔梗6g,炙麻黄、川贝各10g)。1剂/d,水煎150mL,4次/d(睡前1h,餐后30min)。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈17例,好转11例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组治愈10例,好转11例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味三子养亲汤治疗小儿咳嗽效果显著,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the effect of Modified Sanzi Yangzi Decoction on pediatric cough. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 60 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. [Results] The treatment group cured 17 cases, improved in 11 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate 93.33%. The control group was cured in 10 cases, improved in 11 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Modified Sanzi Yang-Qin Decoction treatment of children with significant cough, it is worth promoting.
