本文认为,目前人力资源管理研究尚难全面解释转型时期我国企业人力资源管理实践选择的复杂性。文章立足战略人力资源管理与制度主义视角,运用战略驱动与制度影响两维度,构建了四种企业人力资源管理实践模式,为引导我国企业建立适当的模式提供参考。
This paper argues that at present, it is difficult to fully explain the complexity of human resource management practice choices in the transitional period of China’s human resources management research. Based on the strategic human resource management and institutionalism perspective, the article uses two dimensions of strategic driving and institutional influence to build four human resources management practice models, which provide reference for guiding our enterprises to establish appropriate models.
