运用旋转式腐蚀磨损试验装置测定了脉冲化学沉积获得的镍磷非晶态镀层在掺有SiC颗粒的柠檬酸腐蚀液中的腐蚀磨损行为及规律。讨论了施镀温度对镀层成分、结构和抗腐蚀磨损行为的影响。结果表明:较高的磷含量及较强的钝化膜修复能力使得脉冲化学镀镀层的腐蚀磨损性能优于化学镀的镀层。就腐蚀磨损性能而论,在酸性镀液中脉冲化学镀的施镀温度可降到50℃,镀层仍保持优良性能和非晶态结构。
Corrosion wear behavior and regularity of amorphous Ni-P coatings obtained by pulsed electroless deposition in citric acid solution mixed with SiC particles were measured by rotary erosion tester. The effect of plating temperature on the composition, structure and corrosion resistance of the coating was discussed. The results show that the higher phosphorus content and stronger passivation film repair capability make the corrosion and wear properties of the electroless chemical plating better than the electroless plating. In terms of corrosive wear properties, the plating temperature of pulsed electroless plating in acidic baths can be reduced to 50 ° C, and the coatings retain their excellent properties and amorphous structure.
