循环经济理念于20世纪90年代引入我国后,随着我国可持续发展及科学发展观的实现,在我国发展的过程中有着极其重要的作用。与此同时,循环经济理念不仅被纳入我国重大战略性的决策体系之内,同时还作为必然选择。随着社会经济的日益发展,面对日益激烈的社会竞争,企业能否立于不败之地,主要取决于企业的人力资源。在此,本文针对循环经济企业的人力资源管理,作以下论述。
After the concept of circular economy was introduced into our country in the 1990s, with the realization of our country’s sustainable development and scientific concept of development, it plays an extremely important role in the development of our country. At the same time, the notion of circular economy is not only incorporated into our country’s major strategic decision-making system, but also as an inevitable choice.
