河南广播电视发射塔由内筒和外塔柱组成,通过70m设备层、105m蹦床层以及X节点处的斜撑相连。内筒形式为10根圆柱相互连接,外塔柱截面形式为非规则桉叶糖形截面,在空中呈双向倾斜,其空间位置多变,且通过高强螺栓连接,可调范围较小,精度要求很高。介绍了施工中所采用的外围控制法,保证了施工测量质量。
