我院于1998年9月28日,成立了全科医疗科(对外称红星医疗呼叫中心,简称中心),以家庭病房的形式面向普通百姓,使患者足不出户就可享受到在医院一样的预防、保健、诊疗、康复等一体化服务,深受老百姓的欢迎。我们就“中心”运作一年半的过程看社区卫生服务中存在的问题,并提出对策和建议供参考。 1 我院社区卫生服务中存在的问题 1.1 社区卫生服务中的全科医学问题 中国传统的医学教育模式主要是为综合医院、专科医院或其它卫生机构培养专科医师。医学院校的毕业生多走专科医生发展的道路,基层卫生技术人
On September 28, 1998, our hospital set up a general health department (externally known as Red Star Medical Call Center, referred to as the center) to face ordinary people in the form of family wards, so that patients can enjoy the hospital without leaving their homes.
