本文用裂解高分辨气相色谱法对人参等中药材进行了分析,并对其中几种中药材和它们的伪品进行了比较。结果表明,每种中药材在特定条件下均有不同的裂解色谱图,可以用于鉴别,并具有操作简便,样品用量少、预处理简单、分析速度快等优点。 In this paper, ginseng and other traditional Chinese medicinal materials were analyzed by pyrolysis high resolution gas chromatography, and several Chinese herbal medicines and their counterfeits were compared. The results showed that each Chinese herbal medicine has different pyrolysis chromatograms under specific conditions, which can be used for identification, and has the advantages of simple operation, low sample consumption, simple pretreatment, and high analysis speed.
