工程项目的物资采购过程管理往往是施工企业管理工作的薄弱环节,也是最容易出现违法乱纪行为的高发区,同时也是企业职工关心的热点问题。日益激烈的竞争压力和多样化的市场要求,对建筑施工企业的成本控制能力提出了更高的要求。以中交二航局杭黄铁路项目部物资效能监察为例,阐述施工企业开展效能监察的方法和作用。
Project procurement process management of materials are often the management of construction enterprises, the weak links, but also the most prone to violations of the high incidence areas, but also the focus of business workers hot issues. Increasingly competitive pressure and diversified market demands put forward higher requirements on the cost control ability of construction enterprises. Taking the monitoring of material efficiency of the project of Hang Huang Railway in the Second Navigational Bureau of CCCC as an example, the methods and functions of construction enterprises in carrying out performance monitoring are described.
