为了更好地控制视频压缩码流的输出,该文基于最新的视频编码标准H.264提出一种改进的码率控制算法。该算法解决标准中原算法码率分配过于平均和不能充分利用已编码帧历史信息的问题。该算法引入内容复杂度因子使得码率分配更加准确,并在预测量化参数时引入量化参数调整因子,根据已编码帧的历史信息更准确地调整当前帧要使用的量化参数。实验结果表明:与原算法比较,该算法在更能准确控制码率的情况下,视频输出序列的峰值信噪比平均提高0.23 dB,取得更好的码率控制效果,便于接收端获得更加稳定的压缩视频流。
In order to better control the output of the video compression code stream, this paper proposes an improved code rate control algorithm based on the latest video coding standard H.264. This algorithm solves the problem of over-averaged code rate allocation in standard Zhongyuan algorithm and inability to make full use of the history information of the encoded frame. The algorithm introduces the content complexity factor to make the rate allocation more accurate. When the quantization parameter is predicted, the quantization parameter adjustment factor is introduced, and the quantization parameters to be used in the current frame are adjusted more accurately according to the historical information of the encoded frame. Experimental results show that compared with the original algorithm, the proposed algorithm can increase the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the video output sequence by an average of 0.23 dB under the condition of more accurate bit rate control, thus achieving better rate control and facilitating more stable reception Compressed video stream.
